High School Year
How to enjoy the first year as a first year / high school life?
I am nervous about to be in high school this year. High school can seem scary. People bully me? High School will be a great change. School will be difficult? I'll be a ninth grader. What should I do?
It is advice that I gave last recruits ... TIPS: - do not be afraid / nervous / anxious ... school is not that big of a deal - get a map of the school to you do not get lost ... but do not walk around the school with her in front of your face - do not ask for help graduates if you get lost (ask a teacher or friend) as they may point you in the wrong direction - do not stop in the middle lanes - join clubs / sports ... believe me is an easy way to make friends and it looks good on college applications - not to run for lunch - do not be intimidated by graduates - do not say not your boyfriend love you "to him in the same week you started dating. - The first day you do not wear Hollister shirts, pants Hollister, Hollister flip-flops, and carrying your bag Hollister ... freshman writing you about you and do not wear too much makeup / accessories ... just wear something simple but cute:) and honestly no one gives a shit about what you wear - it is possible to get to the stairs ... lol. but if this (or something like that) it comes do not be shy ... just to laugh at yourself and walk away cuz its not a big deal - please do not be a rookie immature - do good notes (not to screw it up because the first year, you'll regret it) - do not come to school the first day with a backpack full of huge crayons, glue sticks, tissue boxes ... You do not need all that shit you're in high school today. everything be the first day of paper, pencils and a folder - there is no pool on the top of the school - if someone offers you a lift pass .... do not buy it! - Do not be the annoying kid who always cracks jokes immature class. Teachers hate it. Always be nice to teachers because that one day you are superior, they will help you write letters reccomends college and you'll be glad you behaved in the classroom. - Do not decorate your locker (the one at my school decorated) - do not start talking to random uppperclassmen as they are your best friend - do not speak not friends of your graduating Because you can tell someone is a rookie when they say "my friend SENIOR ..... bla bla bla" it does not matter what year they are in all your friends are people -!. not talking about how "cool" you think you are finally in your school because - other graduates things to worry about and could care less recruits .... if people do not blame you, they will probably be students second year: they think they have the right to take on you because they are no longer freshman ..... but I think if a sophomore years who picks on you is pathetic because they are just a few years older than you. - Be prepared for freshman Friday! nahhh I'm just kidding it does not exist .... and all rumors you hear are all FAKE! nothing terrible happens ... and high school is nothing like in the movies.
