First time being arrested for aggravated assault, is it possible to get probation?
Ok, I was detained the police station for aggravated assault against my friend even though he did not complain against me, I was later released without bail because of my conduct in the station. I do not have any type of criminal history. told people that interviewed me for a defender he was a true accident. seriously .. 1 day until the court I am not a bad person, he was single accident whats going to happen? This is a RR? (I guess) Or get probation?
