They are cowry, or cowrie shells
I can't find anything like this at any fairs, stores, or online. There are many out there that that are similar, but the shells usually go straight up and down instead of slanted like the one I'm looking for.

If ANYONE knows where I can get this, either online or a store (preferably online..) please let me know!
sometimes the shells are called sigay shells.
